A large number of Class-Compliant (do not require a driver) devices are compatible with 10.13 High Sierra and drivers are available for most MPC series at the link above.
Alesis has provided the most current information about their hardware and software’s compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra in their article, macOS High Sierra 10.13 and iOS 11 Support for Alesis Products. In a recent Allen & Heath forum post, Allen & Heath announced that “The correct operation of macOS High Sierra (10.13) is not yet verified by our Software Test department. We will update the individual Software pages on the Allen & Heath website as our test programers progress, in the meantime we advise against updating your OS.”

Arturia has completed their compatibility tests for their virtual instruments and macOS 10.13 High Sierra and confirmed that you can “use them in safe conditions as soon as your plugins are up to date.” For more information, refer to their compatibility statement.
Audient issued this statement on their Facebook page on 09/26/17:
“We’re happy to announce that we’re fully compatible with MacOS High Sierra! Be warned though, some of your other hardware or software might not be up to date, so we advise not updating until you have checked!”

Behringer has released the following compatibility statement, “Apple iOS11 and High Sierra are currently not officially supported for the X32, M32, M-Air and X-Air apps. You are recommended not to upgrade if you rely on the apps for your day to day operation or similar. That being said, initial testing and user reports have so far not revealed any obvious issues. But this is no guarantee that issues does not exist that may affect you.”
Best Service announced to SweetCare that they are still testing their products’ compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra and they do not recommend upgrading at this time.

Cinesamples announced to SweetCare that they do not currently have compatibility information about their products’ compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra. All of their products are powered by Native Instruments Kontakt. Therefore, all of their products’ compatibility are dependent on versions of Kontakt and their own compatibility with the OS. Due to this, Kontakt compatibility requirements are always listed on their website store pages for each product.

FabFilter released this statement about their products’ compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra:
“We’re happy to announce that all FabFilter plug-ins, as currently available on www.fabfilter.com/download, are fully compatible with the latest macOS High Sierra 10.13.”
Focusrite has announced compatibility for most products on their macOS 10.13 High Sierra article. Clarett and Red interface users should update to the latest drivers here if experiencing any issues noted in their article.

However, the VRM Box is not compatible with macOS 10.13 High Sierra.
FXpansion shared the following in an exclusive message with SweetCare: “We’ve tested all currently-supported FXpansion products on MacOS 10.13 High Sierra and can confirm that there are no known issues regarding the new APFS file system or the operating system as a whole.”
Garritan has tested their products’ compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra and have found a few issues:
- With the exception of Abbey Road Studios CFX Lite, the installation process has had sporadic issues but some users have had success by starting the installation process over again. Garritan is currently addressing the problem and is working on a solution.
Note: These issues will not be experienced if you already installed your products prior to upgrading to High Sierra.
- The Standalone CFX Player crashes if you open the Preferences dialog and then close it. These issues are being looked into.
- Audio Unit plug-ins no longer function correctly with products such as Logic and Garageband running on High Sierra. This issue is being addressed and may take some time to get sorted out.

- Finale: “All of the 6 issues (listed in their article) have been resolved in an updated version of Finale v25 (Finale v25.5). If you are running into any of the crashes below, please make sure that you have the latest version of Finale.”
- Smart Music: “If you’re using Classic SmartMusic on the Mac, don’t update to High Sierra just yet as we’ve encountered a problem. We are testing a fix now and will release an update within the next few weeks.”
- Print Music and NotePad: “Despite having worked closely with our Apple partners, we will not be able to support Finale PrintMusic or NotePad on High Sierra nor in subsequent operating systems.”

Numark has announced that their products “are ready for macOS High Sierra”, however, they offer the word of caution below in their article macOS High Sierra 10.13 and iOS 11 Support for Numark Products
“While your Numark products are ready for macOS High Sierra, that doesn’t mean everybody is. If you use one of our products with a third-party software title like Serato or Virtual DJ, be sure to check with the developer to confirm support for the new OS before updating.”
Output announced to SweetCare that they are still testing their products’ compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra. However, they’ve tested their products on Ableton Live 9.7.4, Pro Tools 12.6.0, and Logic Pro X (10.3.2), using macOS 10.13 High Sierra and have not had any issues!

Plugin Alliance recently announced that their products are fully compatible with macOS 10.13 High Sierra. The following statement is from the General Information section of their Support page.
“Yes, we have been fully compatible with Mac OSX 10.13 ‘High Sierra’ since late November 2017. If you are having any issues with plugin validation or any other bug related symptoms since you updated to High Sierra, please download and install the latest versions from your Manage Registered Plugins page or by using the Installation Manager.“

The following products are NOT compatible with macOS high Sierra:

The latest macOS High Siera 10.13.4 update provides some issues for Reason and they do not recommend updating to this new version. Most of Roland’s current line of products are supported on 10.13 High Sierra. Make sure to check your Roland device with their compatibility information page before updating.
Serato posted the following statement regarding High Sierra compatibility:
“MacOS 10.13 High Sierra is now supported with Serato DJ 1.9.10. If you plan to update, we do recommend doing so well ahead of any performances so that you can ensure everything in your setup works well. As always please ensure that the firmware and drivers for your hardware are up-to-date – remember to check this article if you are installing drivers in macOS 10.13 High Sierra, due to the new security feature.”
Slate Media Technology cannot guarantee compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra and does not recommend updating to the new macOS version until all testing has been conducted and confirmed.
Slate Digital announced the following on October 6th, 2017:

XILS-lab reported to SweetCare that although testing has not yet been done, they are not expecting any issues with their products’ compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra.
In a recent article, XLN Audio confirmed their products’ compatibility with macOS 10.13 High Sierra. Part of their statement read:
